Responsibilities

• Assist Carpenters, Superintendents, and project teams with day-to-day site activities.
• Load, unload, and move materials and equipment.
• Prepare and maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.
• Support construction, installation, and finishing work as required.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Assist with project setup and closeout activities.
• Follow all company safety procedures and site requirements.
• Learn new skills while working alongside experienced construction professionals.

Projects vary in location and duration, so you’ll need to be comfortable traveling and staying away from home when required.

Requirements

• Previous construction or laboring experience (preferred but not essential).
• A willingness to work hard and learn new skills.
• A positive, team-first attitude.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic.
• Commitment to working safely.
• The flexibility to travel as projects require.
