Construction Laborer

About the Role

We're looking for a hardworking Construction Laborer who shows up ready to work, takes direction well, and wants to build real skills in the trade. This is a chance to learn the trade alongside Field Managers, Carpenters, and trade partners who know what quality looks like—and expect it on every jobsite.

Responsibilities

• Assist Field Managers, Carpenters, and trade partners with daily construction activities.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
• Keep jobsites clean, safe, and organized, protecting client property and finished work.
• Assist with deliveries, material staging, and debris removal.
• Perform general labor tasks and support the team wherever needed.
