Construction Inspector Talent Pipeline

About the role

Michael Baker International is building its talent pipeline for upcoming transportation construction projects in the Greensboro area. They are seeking expressions of interest from professionals at various levels of transportation and construction project delivery, including future opportunities for Construction Inspectors (Inspector I) and Senior Construction Inspectors (Inspector II).

Responsibilities

• Support clients through all phases of construction, from pre-design to close-out.
• Provide qualified construction managers, inspectors, constructability reviewers, schedulers, estimators, and safety experts.
• Contribute innovative ideas to maintain and deliver successful construction projects in an evolving industry.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of construction practices and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in construction inspection or related field.
• Knowledge of construction codes and standards.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
