Typical Duties And Responsibilities

• Conducts inspections, scheduling, and oversight for the construction of heavy highway structural projects.
• Solves technical problems and guides solutions through the delivery process.
• Maintains compliance with quality, performance, and specifications for assigned construction activities.
• Performs daily field inspections and maintains inspection records.
• Aids in the completion of reports.
• Keeps the Project Manager informed of workload, progress, and daily activities.
• Proactively interacts with contractors to track crew activities and equipment on the project.
• Observes and demonstrates appropriate safety practices.
• Performs field work as required, which may include nights and weekends.
