Pay

Starting Pay: $16–$20/hour, depending on experience, plus bonus potential. High-Earning Potential: With strong performance, bonus-eligible crew members earn an average of $35–$55/hour total compensation. There’s no cap, so your earning potential grows with your success!

Schedule

Hours vary based on project needs, but generally range from 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday.
