Responsibilities
- Perform in-home waterproofing, foundation, and concrete leveling solutions
- Operate safely in and around job sites
- Receive training for all tools and materials provided
- Advance to leadership roles within the company
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to obtain a DOT medical card
- Ability to travel 20% of the time
- At least 18 years old

Pay
Starting Pay: $22–$26/hour, depending on experience, plus bonus potential. High-Earning Potential: With strong performance, bonus-eligible crew members earn an average of $40–$55/hour total compensation. There’s no cap, so your earning potential grows with your success!
