Qualifications

• High-Earning Potential: With strong performance, bonus-eligible crew members earn an average of $35–$55/hour total compensation. There’s no cap, so your earning potential grows with your success!
• Bonus Structure: You'll work in a crew of three. Once you operate as a Lead Installer or Team Lead, you are eligible for bonuses. Our uncapped bonus structure rewards efficiency. The more efficient your team, the higher your potential earnings.

Pay

Starting Pay: $17–$21/hour, depending on experience, plus bonus potential. High-Earning Potential: With strong performance, bonus-eligible crew members earn an average of $35–$55/hour total compensation. There’s no cap, so your earning potential grows with your success!

Schedule

Our schedule is flexible and can vary based on project needs, but typically includes a mix of day shifts, evening shifts, and weekend work.
