Responsibilities

• Ensure all work is performed according to safety standards with a focus on quality customer service
• Perform manual labor and utilize hand and power tools such as trimmers, pole saws, jackhammer, concrete saw, drills, shovels, etc
• Perform skilled equipment operations
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
• Operate light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks and equipment
• Perform work in various conditions and environments, including exposure to the outdoors and insects
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience working in civil construction or electrical field
• Experience operating hand and power tools and equipment such as shovels, drills, and measuring tapes
• Skilled in operating and maintaining light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks and equipment including excavators and skid-steers
• Basic computer skills
• Experience installing conduit is preferred
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a motor vehicle record check; CDL license is a plus
• Must be motivated, willing to work as a team, and willing to learn
• Must be able to push and carry 50-70 pounds
• Must be able to work in all outdoor weather conditions
• Ability to pass a criminal background check

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time
• Must have physical strength, balance, hand-eye coordination, and stamina necessary to complete jobs in various areas
• Must be able to lift, push, and carry 50 – 70 pounds
• Must be able to work in various conditions, including but not limited to extreme heat and cold

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to work Monday – Friday 7:00AM – 5:00PM; additional work, including on-call and night work may be required
• Must maintain a satisfactory background record

Pay

Anticipated Hiring Range: $18-26 per hour with guaranteed hours, including overtime.
