Construction Finance Assistant (Part-time)

The Opportunity

You will serve as the operational backbone of our field teams, ensuring that the administrative side of our $10 million growth plan runs flawlessly. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work combined with the stability of a high-growth construction leader.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the construction or trades industry.
• Experience with QuickBooks.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractor relationships and documentation with close attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Associate Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Prior experience working specifically with drywall or specialty trade contractors.
• Familiarity with construction-specific project management or accounting software.
