Finance Assistant, Part-time limited term employment

About the role

This position is primarily responsible for preparing weekly KPI reports, production reporting, bid costing creation, and production and inventory analysis. Additionally supporting period close by creation of month-end reporting, account reconciliations, and journal entry transaction creation and posting.

Essential Functions

• Prepare cost estimates and bid sheets to support new product sales.
• Create weekly KPI reports.
• Develop weekly production activity reports and related analyses.
• Auxiliary with period-end account reconciliations, reporting, analysis, and commentary on results.
• Complete month-end transactions and prepare month-end reports.

Required Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with SAP ERP.
