Construction Field Internship

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Superintendents with supervision of subcontractors onsite to ensure work is completed accurately, safely and to our quality standards
• Affiliate with developing, updating, and tracking construction schedule
• Review drawings, specifications, and submittals
• Affiliate with maintaining jobsite paperwork (daily logs, drawings, photos) via project management software (Viewpoint Team)
• Coordinate punch list work with subcontractors
• Enforce all jobsite safety requirements
• Attend project progress meetings with field personnel and subcontractors
• Affiliate with creating progress reports
• Create a positive and professional relationship with employees, owners, vendors, contractors

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Willingness to travel (out of state)
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite and Bluebeam
• BIM experience a plus
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Must have valid driver license and safe driving record
• Possess excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
