About the role
This is a Construction Estimator opportunity with a leading national commercial general contractor based in Pittsburgh with offices throughout the east coast. Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed construction estimates for various projects
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate cost projections
- Manage and update cost databases and software tools
- Review and analyze project specifications and drawings
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance with design and construction standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction or related field
- At least 5+ years of experience in construction estimating
- Experience with commercial construction projects
- Experience in multi-family, healthcare, or light industrial projects preferred
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and construction estimating software

$120,000 - $160,000 per year
