About the role

This is a Construction Estimator opportunity with a leading national commercial general contractor based in Pittsburgh with offices throughout the east coast. Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed construction estimates for various projects
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate cost projections
• Manage and update cost databases and software tools
• Review and analyze project specifications and drawings
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance with design and construction standards
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction or related field
• At least 5+ years of experience in construction estimating
• Experience with commercial construction projects
• Experience in multi-family, healthcare, or light industrial projects preferred

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and construction estimating software

$120,000 - $160,000 per year
