About the role

You will play a vital role in expanding our commercial construction operations by delivering accurate and competitive project estimates. This position allows you to directly influence project acquisition while working in an environment with no ceilings on your professional growth. You will join a dedicated Sales & Client Relations team that values hard work and collaborative problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze detailed construction drawings to determine exact project requirements and product installation methods.
  • Apply advanced remedial math skills to calculate precise material quantities and project cost structures.
  • Utilize specialized digital estimating tools to generate competitive and accurate commercial interior bids.
  • Evaluate project scope details to solve client challenges before field installation begins.
  • Collaborate with the Sales & Client Relations team to secure high-value commercial construction contracts.
  • Drive revenue growth by continuously refining takeoff processes and bidding strategies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in construction estimating or related commercial trade roles.
  • Proven ability to read and accurately interpret commercial construction drawings and blueprints.
  • Deep practical understanding of commercial construction products and field installation processes.
  • Strong remedial math skills tailored for construction cost estimation and material takeoffs.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on proficiency with specialized digital estimating software packages.
  • Exposure to or experience using AI-aided construction estimating tools.

Pay

$75K+ per year, with hiring salary based on work experience and skill set. Performance-based bonuses available.

Schedule

Full Time, onsite in Dallas, TX. A valid driver's license is required.
