Construction Division Administrative Assistant
Job Duties
- Scheduling
- Acquiring paperwork from subs and vendors
- Working with sub-contractors to get estimates
- Working with the City to acquire required permits
- Scanning compliances
- Typing out surveys
- General support role for Project Managers and Estimators in the Construction division
Job Requirements
- High school diploma/GED required
- Experience and skill with Microsoft© Office application (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel) required
- Comfortable with using multiple types of software
- Personal time management and organizational skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Dependable and adaptable to operate within a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to manage highly confidential information
- Proficient in using a computer
- Ability to multi-task
