Construction Crew Leader - Hardscape

About the role

Peak Environmental is hiring a Construction Crew Leader – Hardscape to join our growing construction team. This is a full-time, year-round position for someone who already has experience leading a landscape construction crew and wants the opportunity to expand into hardscape construction and outdoor living projects. You do not need to be a hardscape specialist to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support crew members during daily construction activities
• Organize job-site priorities, materials, tools, and daily work
• Communicate with crew members to keep projects moving efficiently
• Work hands-on alongside your crew
• Maintain quality standards throughout each project
• Maintain safe, clean, and professional job sites
• Help keep the crew productive and focused on daily goals
• Support a positive and professional team environment
• Help solve day-to-day challenges that come up in the field

Requirements

• Experience leading a landscape construction crew of any size
• Hands-on landscape construction experience
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable work habits
• Attention to detail
• Pride in quality workmanship
• A safety-focused approach
• The ability to work effectively alongside the crew you lead

Skills

Hardscape experience is helpful but not required. Experience with any of the following is a plus:

• Patios
• Walkways
• Retaining walls
• Paver installation
• Stonework
• Outdoor living construction

Schedule

• Full-time, year-round field position
• Monday through Friday
• Day shift
• 10-hour shifts
• No weekend work
• Year-round employment
