About the role
Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Construction Cost Analyst to join our hybrid team in Denver, CO. This role supports various members of the Construction Cost Finance team and operates with a level of independence under general supervision.
Responsibilities
- Aid in entering and updating construction cost data across systems.
- Support the processing of pay application billings, budgets, insurance certificates, lien waivers, and related documentation.
- Aid in capital purchase order processing to help ensure alignment with project schedules and budgets.
- Assist with contract file management, documentation, and tracking activities.
- Perform basic QA checks on cost codes, project entries, and supporting documents.
- Aid in construction cost accounting operations, including data reconciliation, research, and integrity.
- Aid in preparing and consolidating monthly invoicing and cost summaries for capital project funding.
- Aid in assisting with audit requests by pulling files and preparing supporting materials.
- Perform additional administrative or financial tasks as assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Construction Management, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Basic understanding of construction cost accounting.
- Experience in a relevant industry (construction, real estate, and/or tech) for 1+ years.
- Data center or construction industry experience preferred but not required.

- Critical thinking skills with the ability to identify issues and support efficiency improvements.
- Highly organized with the ability to assist across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Details
- Salary Range: $70,000-85,000 Base + Bonus (this range is based on Colorado market data and may vary in other locations).
