About the Role

The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting financial planning, cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and operational decision-making within a manufacturing environment. This fully onsite position partners closely with plant leadership and operations teams to analyze manufacturing costs, improve profitability, develop financial models, and provide data-driven insights that support strategic business decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required).
  • 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, manufacturing finance, or cost accounting.
  • Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of cost accounting principles.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing reporting tools is preferred.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, inventory analysis, and variance reporting is preferred.

Requirements

  • Analyze manufacturing costs, labor, inventory, and overhead variances.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational improvements.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting.
  • Partner with plant leadership to provide financial insights for decision-making.
  • Aid in month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and KPI dashboards.
  • Perform ad hoc financial analyses to support operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain financial performance and recommend improvements.
  • Utilize ERP systems and reporting tools to support financial operations.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay

$80,000–$90,000 annually.
