Construction Coordinator II

Role
The Construction Coordinator II plays a crucial role in project coordination, ensuring projects are organized, compliant, and move forward efficiently. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting multiple construction projects from planning to completion.
- Coordinating project meetings, schedules, agendas, and materials.
- Communicating and coordinating with project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
- Maintaining accurate and complete project documentation.
- Preparing and processing construction-related documents.
- Monitoring administrative project requirements and staying on schedule.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and construction documentation standards.
- Providing guidance and training to junior coordinators.
- Assisting with special projects and reporting as needed.
What We're Looking For
We seek candidates with strong organizational and project coordination skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to accuracy. Previous experience supporting construction projects, familiarity with construction contracts, permits, and documentation processes, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively are preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience supporting commercial, residential, multifamily, or construction projects.
- Familiarity with construction contracts, permits, and project documentation processes.
- Experience coordinating activities across multiple projects and stakeholders.
