Construction Coordinator

Location: In-Office (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM) Pay: $30–$35 per hour (based on experience) Benefits 2 weeks paid vacation to startFull-time positionOpportunity for growth within a growing company About The Position We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and be comfortable managing administrative, financial, and project coordination tasks in a fast-paced environment. Requirements Experience with XactimateExperience with QuickBooksProficient in Microsoft ExcelStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to multitask and manage deadlinesConstruction, restoration, or remodeling industry experience preferred Responsibilities Create and manage customer contractsPrepare and distribute work ordersOrder and coordinate delivery of construction materialsUpload estimates and project documentation into company software platformsSubmit invoices and maintain accurate project recordsTrack accounts receivable and monies owedCoordinate with project managers, vendors, subcontractors, and customersAssist with scheduling and administrative project supportMaintain organized digital and physical project files What We’re Looking For We are looking for a motivated self-starter who takes pride in staying organized, follows through on tasks, and can help keep projects moving efficiently from start to finish.
