Responsibilities
- Cover all phases of construction projects including pre-construction, permitting, design, material procurement, construction, and closeout
- Support planning of workflows, schedules, and resource allocation
- Ensure projects are executed in accordance with established standards and timelines
- Maintain project progress and proactively address delays or issues
- Develop and support cost estimates for construction projects
- Monitor job costs and track work-in-progress against budget
- Review and evaluate change orders for accuracy and financial impact
- Conduct site walkouts and ride-outs to assess project conditions, gather data, and monitor progress
- Perform post-construction reviews to ensure quality and completion standards are met
- Identify field issues and collaborate on solutions with internal teams and contractors
- Respond to requests and complaints related to construction activities
- Ensure timely resolution and maintain customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in cable/telecom construction (fiber and coax preferred)
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or supervisory roles preferred
- Knowledge: Full construction lifecycle (design through closeout)
- Experience: Telecom infrastructure deployment (aerial and underground)
- Skills: Budgeting, cost tracking, and financial coordination
- Experience: Contractor and vendor management
- Experience: Regulatory and permitting processes
