You’ll help identify project requirements and specifications, keep projects organized from start to finish, and support the Project Managers and the rest of the team. If you’re self-motivated and organized, and you have strong customer service skills, you could thrive in this role! Key Responsibilities Communicate clearly and promptly with customers and project stakeholdersTrack daily project status, audits, and work-in-progressCreate preliminary estimates using estimating softwareReview and validate job site documentationWork closely with Project Managers to keep project documentation thorough and accurate from beginning to endAssist other departments as needed Position Requirements High school diploma or GED preferredAt least 1 year of customer service and/or office experienceRestoration or construction industry experience highly preferredAble to multitask and stay detail-orientedComfortable with computer applications used in an office environment Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Picture yourself here fulfilling your potential.
