Responsibilities

  • Implement Crisis Control Plan
  • Aid with weekly job site safety inspections
  • Aid with daily guardrail / hole cover / safety net inspection
  • Aparticipate in daily/weekly safety meetings
  • Aid with verifying materials being installed match submittals and contract drawings
  • Aid with maintaining QAP Program in Procore
  • Aid with material tracking log and material being on-site
  • Aid with developing final punch list
  • Understand project schedules
  • Aid with RFI and submittal processes
  • Document control management
  • Aid with weekly trade partner meetings
  • Requirements

    • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
    • Must be able to work 40 hours per week
    • Desire to pursue a career in the construction industry
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Valid Driver’s License required

    Physical Demands and Working Environment

    • Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment with extensive public contact and frequent interruptions.
    • Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight 50 lbs; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; to travel to other locations using various modes of private and commercial transportation; and to verbally communicate to exchange information.
    • Environment: Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment with extensive public contact and frequent interruptions.
