Position Overview

Align Communications is seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to support our Operations team for the Data Center Design, Procure and Build line of business. The ideal candidate will manage contract administration across multiple active projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of all contractual obligations. This is a full-time salaried position offering competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, paid time off, paid training, and performance-based bonuses. This role is based out of our Plano office and follows a hybrid schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and manage construction contracts, subcontracts, and change orders
  • Ensure all agreements align with project scope, budgets, and company standards
  • Track contract lifecycle from pre-construction/estimating through closeout
  • Cook with project managers, estimators, and subcontractors to resolve contract-related issues
  • Maintain organized contract documentation and filing systems
  • Aid with compliance documentation as needed
  • Support dispute resolution and contract interpretation when required
  • Ensure adherence to legal, insurance, and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in construction contract administration or related field
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts (AIA forms preferred)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore construction management software a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working for a general contractor or construction management firm
  • Familiarity with Mission critical, public or large-scale commercial projects
