Responsibilities
- Rough to Finish Carpentry Work - Perform all aspects of carpentry, from framing to finish work, ensuring projects stay on schedule year-round.
- Tasks include layout, cabinetry, stair installation, doors, windows, steel stud framing, and drywall installation.
- Concrete Foundations & Slabs - Assist in masonry work, including pouring and finishing concrete, setting forms, and ensuring proper reinforcement.
- Demolition - Safely remove existing structures, materials, and fixtures while preparing job sites for new construction.
- Material Staging & Handling - Organize, transport, and secure materials and tools to optimize workflow and job site efficiency.
- Job Site Maintenance - Ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and free of hazards, following all safety regulations.
Requirements

- Blueprint Reading & Interpretation - Ability to understand and follow construction blueprints and technical drawings.
- Power Tools & Equipment Proficiency - Comfortable using saws, drills, nail guns, and other essential carpentry tools safely and effectively.
- Comfort with Heights & Ladders - Ability to work at various elevations, including on scaffolding, lifts, and rooftops, while following all safety protocols.
- Own Tools & Tool Belt (Preferred but Not Required) - Having personal tools is a plus, though company-provided equipment is available.
- Safety-Minded Approach - Adhere to all OSHA regulations and company safety guidelines to ensure a secure and efficient work environment.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate should possess a strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn and advance within the company. They should be able to follow instructions, work as part of a team, and demonstrate proficiency in power tools and safety protocols. A background in rough to finish carpentry, concrete foundations, and demolition is preferred, but not required.

Schedule & Location
Full-Time, Monday - Friday (40-hour work week standard)
Location: Sioux City HQ with 90-mile radius for local projects; potential for national travel opportunities.
