Responsibilities
- Perform carpentry work in residential settings, including framing, interior, and exterior finish work
- Work in challenging situations while maintaining excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Meet and exceed expectations with a high level of dependability and professionalism
Requirements
- 3–5 years of carpentry experience in residential construction
- Knowledge of framing, interior, and exterior finish work
- Reliable transportation (additional compensation provided if you use your own work vehicle)
- Punctuality, reliability, and pride in your craft
Skills
- Self-motivation and superb interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in challenging environments
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
Pay
Starts at $25/hour based on experience, with potential for bonus pay and merit-based increases.
