About the Role
Rivkin Radler LLP is seeking an attorney with at least 7 years of construction experience to join our Uniondale, Long Island office or our New York City office.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of construction experience
- Experience drafting motions, handling discovery demands, and court appearances
- Experience drafting and reviewing construction contracts and agreements
Preferred Qualifications
- Trial level experience
- NYC based construction experience
Compensation
Annualized salary range: $165,000 - $250,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
Schedule
Hybrid schedule - Minimum 3 days a week in office, 2 days a week remotely.
