Construction Attorney
Bricker Graydon Wyatt is seeking an experienced attorney to join its Construction Law Practice Group.
About the role
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ construction law experience on transactional matters, including experience with the procurement of Ohio public design and construction contracts and the negotiation of contracts for various types of construction projects. Candidates should possess excellent academic credentials, high ethical standards, strong writing, analytical, and communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Strong project management skills and the ability to work with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments are required.
Requirements
- 3+ years of construction law experience, specifically in transactional matters
- Experience with procurement of Ohio public design and construction contracts
- Experience negotiating contracts for various types of construction projects
- Excellent academic credentials

Pay
The anticipated pay range for this role is $160,000 - $175,000. The actual salary will be determined based on job-related factors such as background, experience, and education, consistent with applicable law.
