Responsibilities
- Experience with the procurement of Ohio public design and construction contracts and the negotiation of contracts for various types of construction projects (Construction Attorney)
- General business and transactional work with closely held businesses, first chair M&A experience (Corporate & Securities Attorney)
- Basic contract, corporate governance, and merger and acquisition experience (Corporate Attorney)
- Multi-year experience working with public procurement and government contracts, knowledge of commercial finance, public finance, economic development finance, construction and Public-Private Partnerships (P3) (Economic Development Finance Attorney)
- Broad knowledge of the health care industry, contracting, privacy and compliance, experience with representation of hospitals or health care providers on regulatory and compliance matters and operations, experience with medical staff credentialing and/or health information technology (Health Care Attorney)

Qualifications
- Construction Attorney: 3+ years’ construction law experience
- Corporate & Securities Attorney: 8+ years’ experience in general business and transactional work with closely held businesses, first chair M&A experience
- Corporate Attorney: 3+ years’ experience in corporate law, basic contract, corporate governance, and merger and acquisition experience
- Economic Development Finance Attorney: Multi-year experience working with public procurement and government contracts, knowledge of commercial finance, public finance, economic development finance, construction and Public-Private Partnerships (P3)
- Health Care Attorney: 2+ years' experience, broad knowledge of the health care industry, contracting, privacy and compliance, experience with representation of hospitals or health care providers on regulatory and compliance matters and operations, experience with medical staff credentialing and/or health information technology

Pay
- Construction Attorney: $160,000 - $175,000
- Corporate & Securities Attorney: Salary determined based on job-related factors
- Corporate Attorney: Salary determined based on job-related factors
- Economic Development Finance Attorney: Salary determined based on job-related factors
- Health Care Attorney: $145,000 - $175,000
