Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring work complies with plans, specifications, codes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as a point of contact for contractors, design teams, and clients, facilitating effective communication and resolving mid-level project issues with limited supervision.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, confirm quality, and ensure safety compliance.
  • Review and process construction documents, including submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and change orders, ensuring accuracy and consistency with project goals.
  • Aid in the preparation and oversight of project schedules, budgets, and forecasts, identifying risks and recommending solutions.
  • Maintain accurate project records, including daily logs, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
  • Lead project meetings or portions of meetings with internal and external stakeholders to review progress, coordinate responsibilities, and resolve conflicts.
  • Provide mentorship and training to Level 1 and Level 2 team members (Assistants and CA I).
  • Support project closeout activities, including final inspections, punch list resolution, and lessons-learned documentation.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in construction administration, project management, or related roles.
  • Prior experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Preferred Certification in construction management (e.g., CCM) or progress toward professional credentials.
