Responsibilities
- Create subcontracts, change orders, and purchase orders for assigned project builds.
- Compile and track weekly manpower hours.
- Provide requested services/information to Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Operation Managers.
- Setup and maintain electronic project files and databases.
- Action punch list items for project closeout.
- Cook up the flow of information from Sr. Level Executives/Managers to Project Managers, Project Engineers, and other employees as requested.
- Compile, maintain, distribute, and/or track Osha certifications, CPR certifications, monthly safety data, and training class(es) completion data.
- Other duties as assigned.

What It Takes
- An Associates degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.
- Basic working knowledge of MS Office, Windows, Procore (a plus), Viewpoint (a plus).
- Knowledge of construction processes and procedures a plus.
