Responsibilities

  • Create subcontracts, change orders, and purchase orders for assigned project builds.
  • Compile and track weekly manpower hours.
  • Provide requested services/information to Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Operation Managers.
  • Setup and maintain electronic project files and databases.
  • Action punch list items for project closeout.
  • Cook up the flow of information from Sr. Level Executives/Managers to Project Managers, Project Engineers, and other employees as requested.
  • Compile, maintain, distribute, and/or track Osha certifications, CPR certifications, monthly safety data, and training class(es) completion data.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What It Takes

  • An Associates degree in Business Administration preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.
  • Basic working knowledge of MS Office, Windows, Procore (a plus), Viewpoint (a plus).
  • Knowledge of construction processes and procedures a plus.
