About the role
The Construction Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing and processing accounts receivable for construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Process invoices and payments for construction projects
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment collection
- Communicate with clients regarding outstanding balances and payment terms
- Monitor and maintain records of all accounts receivable transactions
- Prepare reports on account activity and outstanding balances
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of accounts receivable experience
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of construction industry practices and terminology
