Construction Account & Project Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a Construction Account & Project Manager to lead residential outdoor living projects while serving as the primary point of contact for clients. This role combines project management, client relationship management, and business development to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Position Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the project.
• Build strong relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
• Provide project updates and manage client expectations.
• Address concerns and identify change order opportunities.
• Drive client satisfaction, referrals, and repeat business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction project management experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and field operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Experience with permits, inspections, and municipal approvals.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between project sites.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in landscape construction, outdoor living, or custom residential construction.
• Knowledge of estimating and project financial management.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
