CONSERVATION CREW MEMBER AT AMERICAN CONSERVATION EXPERIENCE (RIDGECREST OR COACHELLA VALLEY)

About the role

American Conservation Experience Pacific West is seeking Conservation Crew Members to join their team. These members will work on meaningful conservation projects across California, including Yosemite National Park, Sequoia Kings Canyon National Park, Death Valley National Park, Pinnacles National Park, Joshua Tree National Park, and others.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ecological restoration projects
• Improve habitats
• Maintain and construct trails
• Support other conservation efforts as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to follow safety protocols
• Pass a background check

Qualifications

• Interest in conservation and natural resource management
• Strong physical fitness and endurance
• Team player with good communication skills

Skills

• Basic first aid knowledge
• Ability to use basic tools and equipment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
