Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for data management activities.
- Create and maintain program data library asset databases.
- Ensure timely and accurate release of deliverables and program documents.
- Cook up and coordinate with document authors and project managers to ensure deadlines and special handling requirements are met for on-time, quality delivery.
- Support program Configuration Management and Data Management (CM/DM) requirements.
- Aid in planning, implementing, and administering program data management systems, databases, and configuration management tools to support program CM and DM requirements.
- Aid in preparation of project documentation, such as engineering drawings, production specifications and schedules, and contract modifications, to ensure customer contract requirements are met.
- Support generation and submission of periodic reports to the customer, working with program logistics and SEIT CM/DM.
- Track licensing and support agreements.
- Initiate procurement of follow-on licensing/support as previous agreements expire.
- Serve as IPT focal point for procurement, working with program logistics and GSC.
- Manage internal IPT inventories and update quarterly when inventory is completed.
- Update system and site VDDs as baselines change (at least quarterly), in collaboration with program logistics, OU property, and SEIT CM/DM for release.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience; 6 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree; 4 years of relevant experience with a PhD.
- An additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required at time of application and willing to sit for Full Scope Polygraph if required by program.
- In depth experience with MS Office suite (especially Excel and Word).
- Knowledge of data management.
- Strong organization skills.
- Knowledge and experience in program contract review to determine documentation requirements for each work product and project phase.
- Experience in providing guidance, coaching, and training to other employees.
- Strong knowledge and experience in managing documentation libraries.
- Ability to interface well with program management/customers.

- Procurement Background.
- Experience tracking licensing and support agreements.
