Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for data management activities.
    • Create and maintain program data library asset databases.
    • Ensure timely and accurate release of deliverables and program documents.
    • Cook up and coordinate with document authors and project managers to ensure deadlines and special handling requirements are met for on-time, quality delivery.
    • Serve as IPT focal point for procurement, working with program logistics and GSC.
    • Manage internal IPT inventories and update quarterly when inventory is completed.
    • Update system and site VDDs as baselines change (at least quarterly), in collaboration with program logistics, OU property, and SEIT CM/DM for release.

Basic Qualifications

  • For a Level 2: Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience; 0 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree. Additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • For a Level 3: Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience; 3 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree; 0 years of relevant experience with a PhD. Additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required at time of application and willing to sit for Full Scope Polygraph if required by program.
  • In depth experience with MS Office suite (especially Excel and Word).
  • Knowledge of data management.
  • Strong organization skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in program contract review to determine documentation requirements for each work product and project phase.
  • Knowledge and experience in managing documentation libraries.
  • Ability to interface well with program management/customers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently under general direction and demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Effective presentation and computer skills, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Configuration Management and/or Document Management background.
  • Procurement Background.
  • Experience tracking licensing and support agreements.
  • Experience with inventory tracking.
  • Experience in providing guidance, coaching, and training to other employees.

Pay

  • Primary Level Salary Range: $75,800.00 - $113,800.00
  • Secondary Level Salary Range: $94,200.00 - $141,200.00
