Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for data management activities.
- Create and maintain program data library asset databases.
- Ensure timely and accurate release of deliverables and program documents.
- Cook up and coordinate with document authors and project managers to ensure deadlines and special handling requirements are met for on-time, quality delivery.
- Serve as IPT focal point for procurement, working with program logistics and GSC.
- Manage internal IPT inventories and update quarterly when inventory is completed.
- Update system and site VDDs as baselines change (at least quarterly), in collaboration with program logistics, OU property, and SEIT CM/DM for release.
Basic Qualifications
- For a Level 2: Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience; 0 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree. Additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- For a Level 3: Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience; 3 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree; 0 years of relevant experience with a PhD. Additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required at time of application and willing to sit for Full Scope Polygraph if required by program.
- In depth experience with MS Office suite (especially Excel and Word).
- Knowledge of data management.
- Strong organization skills.
- Knowledge and experience in program contract review to determine documentation requirements for each work product and project phase.
- Knowledge and experience in managing documentation libraries.
- Ability to interface well with program management/customers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to work independently under general direction and demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail.
- Effective presentation and computer skills, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Configuration Management and/or Document Management background.
- Procurement Background.
- Experience tracking licensing and support agreements.
- Experience with inventory tracking.
- Experience in providing guidance, coaching, and training to other employees.
Pay
- Primary Level Salary Range: $75,800.00 - $113,800.00
- Secondary Level Salary Range: $94,200.00 - $141,200.00
