Qualifications

  • Associates Degree Required - Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in conference/event planning.
  • Ability to travel as required (less than 10%).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, and follow up in a timely manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Joint Accreditation and ACCME guidelines for CE providers is ideal but not mandatory.
