About the role
The Conference Event Producer will be responsible for planning and executing high-profile conferences and events. This includes managing all aspects of event logistics, collaborating with vendors, and ensuring that all event details align with the client's vision.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets, and vendor contracts.
- Manage event logistics, including venue setup, catering arrangements, and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure that all event details meet their expectations and vision.
- Oversee event day operations, ensuring smooth execution and addressing any issues that arise.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in event production, preferably in conference settings.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
- Experience with event technology and digital marketing tools is a plus.
