Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing
- 5-12 years of experience in real estate law, preferably with a knowledge of Condominium transactions
- Strong understanding of condominium governance, property transactions, and related regulatory frameworks
- Excellent legal research, drafting, and negotiation skills
