Condo Representative

About the role

As a Condo Services Representative, you will support the Kingston Condo Rental Program to increase units on the managed rental program, ensure compliance with established standards, and serve as an ambassador of the hotel to Kingston Rental Owners.

Responsibilities

• Solicit unit owners to join the Kingston Condo rental program.
• Conduct daily solicitation calls, property tours, and unit inspections to identify rental options.
• Strengthen relationships with real estate agents to build program awareness and knowledge.
• Handle all unit owner requests, inquiries, and concerns.
• Check unit owner arrivals to ensure inventories meet standards.
• Take appropriate action to address deficiencies with hotel staff and/or unit owners.
• Conduct bi-monthly/quarterly unit inspections and communicate findings to unit owners.
• Assure compliance with owner/developer guidelines and the Department's standard operating procedures.
• Reserve and assign condos to incoming homeowners and their guests.
• Cover condo service office duties.
• Assist the Housekeeping department with inspecting, inventories, and stripping of units as needed.

Pay

$16.00 per hour

Schedule

Full-time, year-round position with a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.
