Condo Maintenance

Job Summary

This position will be responsible for performing maintenance services and repairs to resort timeshare and hotel units which includes painting, drywall, plumbing, carpentry, etc. or replacement at a skilled level while maintaining a safe environment. Ability to use basic hand tools. Able to work in a team or independently.

Requirements

• Must be capable of lifting up to 100 lbs
• Good communications skills
• Able to work in a team or independently
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Able to complete task in a timely manner
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
• Make decisions and self-started
• Completes daily reports/daily work logs
• Perform preventive maintenance and report any new issues that need attention to supervisor

Preferred

• High school or equivalent
• Bilingual - English and Spanish

Schedule

• 5 days’ work, one weekend day required
• Weekends and Holidays (some required)
