Responsibilities
- Turnovers/make-readies
- Repairs such as drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and/or HVAC
- Preventative maintenance
- Handle emergency on-call service for after-hours maintenance
- Other duties as identified to help Birgo improve lives through real estate
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Valid driver’s license
- Personal, insured mode of transportation
- Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance
- Safely utilize power tools
- Work in confined spaces; ascend and descend ladders and staircases
