- Perform minor maintenance
- Cleaning common areas of the building
- Apartment turns and move out inspections
- Work order request completions
- Grounds maintenance
- Maintain an inventory of supplies
- Complete move in paperwork
- Show vacant units to prospective residents
Requirements
- Basic mechanical skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and appropriately interact with individuals
- Work with minimal supervision
- Good attention to detail
- Pass a criminal background check
