Apartment Maintenance

Accessible Space, Inc. provides accessible affordable apartments for persons with physical disabilities as well as seniors and veterans. We are seeking an experienced Full-time Property Caretaker to perform general upkeep and maintenance for our building in St Paul.

About the role

A 2-bedroom caretaker unit is available rent-free (not required).

• Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of common building areas
• Handle apartment turns and move-out inspections
• Complete work order requests
• Maintain grounds
• Administrative duties including:
  • Maintaining an inventory of supplies
  • Completing move-in paperwork
  • Showing vacant units to prospective residents

Requirements

• Basic mechanical skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and interact appropriately with individuals
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Available to complete general work responsibilities Monday through Friday between the hours of 7 a.m. and 6 p.m.
• Good attention to detail
• Pass a criminal background check
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Physical work required
• Drug test required

Pay

$19.50 - $20.50 per hour

Schedule

Full-time, on-site. Monday through Friday between the hours of 7 a.m. and 6 p.m.
