About the role
Birgo is a mission-driven company seeking one Maintenance Technician to join the team maintaining several properties in Shaker Heights and Edgewater. Boiler experience would be helpful.

Responsibilities
- Turnovers/make-readies
- Repairs such as drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and/or HVAC
- Preventative maintenance
- Handle emergency on-call service for after-hours maintenance
- Other duties as identified to help Birgo improve lives through real estate
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Valid driver’s license
- Personal, insured mode of transportation
- Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance
- Safely utilize power tools
- Work in confined spaces; ascend and descend ladders and staircases
Pay
$23–26/hour, paid weekly
Schedule
Monday–Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with an on-call rotation
