Condition Management Account Coordinator

About the role

HealthCheck360 has an immediate opening for a Condition Management Account Coordinator in Dubuque, IA, and also accepts remote applicants. The role requires answering inbound calls from participants and making outbound calls to those enrolled in the Condition Management Program. No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Answer participants' inquiries
• Absorb and accurately document participant communications
• Assist participants via email and online messaging

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a medical setting (receptionist, scheduler, insurance verification, LPN, CNA, Medical Assistants, or customer service)
