Condition Management Account Coordinator

About the role

HealthCheck360 has an immediate opening for a Condition Management Account Coordinator. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Ideal candidates have experience in a medical setting, including but not limited to LPN, CNA, Medical Assistants, health coaches, insurance verification, medical transcriptionist, or health care coordination.

Responsibilities

• Answer participants' inquiries via phone and email
• Assist participants with online messaging
• Accurately document participant communications

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who can perform well individually and in a team environment. No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented

• Customer service skills
• Medical setting experience (LPN, CNA, Medical Assistants, health coaches, insurance verification, medical transcriptionist, health care coordination)
