Concrete Laborer/Finisher
To be successful in this role, a concrete laborer/finisher should have the ability to work with precision. They should also have good problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Comprehending and completing tasks given to you in an efficient manner
- Rough carpentry skills including cutting and shaping wood using hand and power tools
- Manual physical labor for 8+ hours a day, lifting 25+ lbs frequently, bending, twisting, etc. and ability to adapt to changing weather conditions
- Hand digging, raking gravel, setting forms, setting rebar/concrete stakes, pushing/pulling concrete, finishing concrete with hand tools
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area, staying busy
- Be safety conscious
The physical demands of the job may require the ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods of time, and work in a variety of weather conditions.
Qualifications
Required to hold a valid driver's license.
Skills
Required to have 3+ years of strong concrete experience forming and finishing concrete, sidewalks, curbs, and structures.

Schedule
Monday - Friday; 7:30 - 4:00 (start and end times may need to vary at times)
Projects
We do commercial projects like laying sewer and sanitary pipes, running water lines, and lots of concrete work (sidewalks, curbs, roads, and decorative). We also move dirt and use GPS for grading.
