Concrete Laborer and Finisher

Concrete, Inc. of St. Cloud, MN is seeking a full-time Concrete Laborer and Finisher for commercial projects including footings, foundations, insulated concrete forms, and renewable energy installations.

Responsibilities

• Site preparation and setup, grading, and form work
• Prepare and set forms for concrete pours
• Pour, smooth, and level concrete using rakes, trowels, floats, and screeds
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools
• Construct footings and foundations for commercial structures

Requirements

• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 100 lbs
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work
• Physical capability to perform construction-related tasks
• Reliable team member with a focus on safety and a willingness to learn
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in concrete finishing

Pay

$30–$35 per hour, based on experience
