Concrete Laborer - Finisher

T2 Contracting, Inc. is seeking dedicated and skilled full-time Concrete Laborers - Finishers to join our dynamic team in Fayetteville, NC.

Responsibilities

• Prepare construction sites, set up forms, and ensure proper grading
• Pour, spread, and level concrete
• Achieve a smooth and durable finish using hand and power tools like trowels, screeds, and floats
• Apply sealants and other protective coatings
• Work closely with team members to complete projects on time and to specification
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

• 3+ years of concrete experience
• Experience in forming, rebar, and finishing preferred but not required
• Enjoy working with your hands and have a hardworking personality
• Work well with others
