CST Utilities seeks a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality projects efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing construction projects from planning through completion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring adherence to budget and timeline
• Manage project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful outcomes
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to maintain project alignment
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Prepare and present project reports and progress updates to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Qualifications

• Knowledge of local building codes and industry best practices
• Experience with contract negotiations and documentation
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
