About the role
CST Utilities seeks a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality projects efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing construction projects from planning through completion.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring adherence to budget and timeline
- Manage project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful outcomes
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to maintain project alignment
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Prepare and present project reports and progress updates to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Qualifications
- Knowledge of local building codes and industry best practices
- Experience with contract negotiations and documentation
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Pay
Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
